Your "Who the Bloody Hell are We" is a brilliant but often disturbing doco. Your love of your people and empathy shine through. Your comments on Jews escaping gas chambers and doing so by treading on land not their own are not only acute but achingly poignant. I find this to be your best work yet. A must see. But now, knowing what I know, I can never again read The Man from Snowy River or The Loaded Dog with the same eyes, the same pleasure, the same heart.

I have also enjoyed the stories of Lawson and his indomitable mother. I guess we are all flawed. Hard news though, especially with his humanist and "for the worker" stance.

‘Who the Bloody Hell are We’ was brilliant, well done, I learnt so much I hadn’t known ~ esp. Banjo so sad 🥺 and I feel totally duped ~ the bit about the War Memorial being for all was beautiful 🙏🏻💫🥰
